£18 Joining Fee – Non-Refund Policy

 

By submitting an application and proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms relating to the £18 joining fee.

1. One-Time Joining Fee

A one-time joining fee of £18.00 is payable when you submit your application to join The World Elite Card.

This is a one-off fee and not a recurring subscription payment. You will not be charged the £18 joining fee on a monthly or annual recurring basis.

2. What the Joining Fee Covers

The £18 joining fee covers the administration, processing and onboarding associated with your application and membership registration.

Processing may begin as soon as your application and payment have been successfully submitted.

3. Non-Refundable Fee

Once your application has been submitted and processing has commenced, the £18 joining fee is non-refundable, including where:

• you subsequently change your mind or decide that you no longer wish to proceed;

• you choose not to use your membership or any associated benefits;

• you fail to complete any subsequent steps required as part of the application or onboarding process; or

• you decide that the membership is no longer suitable for your personal circumstances.

The joining fee relates to the processing and administration of your application and is separate from any subsequent products or services that may be offered.

4. Unsuccessful Applications

Payment of the £18 joining fee does not, by itself, guarantee acceptance, approval, eligibility for any particular product or service, or the provision of any particular benefit.

Where an application is unsuccessful after processing has commenced, the joining fee will not ordinarily be refunded because the administrative and processing service for which the fee was charged has already been undertaken.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe that a payment has been taken incorrectly or without your authorisation, please contact us in the first instance so that we can investigate.

Where a £18 joining fee was knowingly authorised by you and processed in accordance with these terms, requesting a chargeback solely because you have changed your mind does not alter the non-refundable nature of the fee.

We reserve the right to provide the relevant payment provider or financial institution with evidence relating to your application, payment, acceptance of these terms and the processing of your application when responding to a payment dispute.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or affect any rights or remedies that you may have under applicable consumer law which cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

7. Acceptance

Before making payment, you will be required to confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, including that the £18 joining fee is a one-time fee and is non-refundable once application processing has commenced.

By completing the payment and submitting your application, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
